Terms & License

These terms govern the purchase and use of the Fortesonic software (“the Software”), a self-hosted radio website platform sold by Weboperater PR, Mileševska 14, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, reg. no. 62278595, PIB 106798376 (“we”, “us”). Payments are processed securely through PayPal, which also accepts debit and credit cards without a PayPal account; a bank card payment link may be offered as an alternative.

1. License grant

Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and operate one instance of the Software for one radio station on one domain. Additional stations or domains each require their own license.

2. Editions

• Fortesonic Mezzo — full feature set. The “Powered by Fortesonic” attribution link in the site footer must remain visible and unmodified.
• Fortesonic Forte — full feature set with white-label rights: you may remove the Fortesonic attribution and present the website entirely under your own brand.
• Fortesonic Fortissimo — fully managed yearly plan: the white-label website hosted and maintained by us (installation, SSL, Cloudflare CDN with basic DNS protection, automatic core and security updates), billed yearly. May be cancelled before any renewal; on cancellation we hand over your site files.

3. What you may do

• Modify the configuration, styling and code of your licensed copy for your own station.
• Move your installation to a different server or domain for the same station (the license follows the station, not the machine).

4. What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease or publish the Software or substantial parts of its source code, whether modified or not.
• Use one license to operate multiple stations or domains.
• Remove the attribution link on a Lite license.

5. Updates and support

Each license includes 12 months of software updates and email support from the date of purchase. After that period the Software continues to work indefinitely; continued updates and support are available as an optional renewal (59 €/year). Support covers questions about installation and configuration, and defects in the Software; it does not cover custom development or third-party services (hosting, streaming platforms, CDNs). Hands-on installation performed by us on your server is a separate paid service (section 9).

6. Third-party services

The Software integrates with services we do not operate (e.g. AzuraCast or Icecast servers, Song.link, iTunes Search, Open-Meteo, Cloudflare). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and features depending on them may degrade gracefully if a service changes or becomes unavailable.

7. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided “as is”. We warrant that it materially works as described on this website when installed on a hosting environment meeting the stated requirements (PHP 8+, HTTPS, cURL) and connected to a supported streaming backend (AzuraCast or a compatible API). Your exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is repair via software updates and email support during your active updates-and-support period; if we cannot repair a defect reported within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund under the Refund Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or listener data. Mandatory statutory conformity rights of consumers remain unaffected.

9. Paid services

Optional installation and CDN setup services are one-time services performed remotely. You must provide working hosting that meets the stated requirements, valid access credentials, and (for installation) a reachable, supported streaming backend. A service is deemed delivered when the agreed setup is functional on your environment. Refunds for services are governed by the Refund Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Belgrade, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
