Refund Policy

Our promise

If Fortesonic cannot be made to work on a hosting environment that meets the stated requirements (PHP 8 or newer, HTTPS, cURL extension) and our support team cannot resolve the problem, we will refund your purchase in full — no argument. Request the refund within 14 days of purchase at maestro@fortesonic.com.

How it works

• Contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem.
• Give our support a reasonable chance to help — most installation issues are fixed within one email exchange.
• If we can't get you running, we refund to your original payment method (via PayPal for a PayPal payment, or by reversing the card charge).

What is not covered

• Hosting that does not meet the stated requirements, or streaming servers that are offline or misconfigured on your side.
• Change of mind after the Software has been working on your site, or requests outside the 14-day window.
• Paid services already rendered (installation, CDN setup) once completed.

Updates & support renewal

You may cancel a 59 €/year updates-and-support renewal and receive a full refund within 14 days of the renewal charge, provided no updates released after the renewal date have been downloaded. After that, the renewal is non-refundable for the running year.

Fortissimo (fully managed, 299 €/year)

The Fortissimo plan can be cancelled any time before the next billing year; the running year is non-refundable once your site is live on our infrastructure. The 14-day guarantee above applies to the first charge if we cannot get your station live.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. For EU/EEA consumers: you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the Software is digital content delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this withdrawal right is lost once the download or license delivery begins. If you have not yet downloaded the Software, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no reason required. For paid services (installation, CDN setup), the withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee above applies in addition to, not instead of, these rights.
